Shipping Policies
- Australian Orders
- Each order will incur a $15 shipping fee.
Interstate and regional orders are sent via Express Post.
Delivery time is 7 to 10 working days.
If we anticipate a delay or require further information, we will contact you within 2 working days of receipt of your order. - International Orders
- Orders are shipped via FedEx.
Shipping charges are dependent on your destination and the FedEx service selected.
A FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is collected by FedEx. - On-Line Returns Policy
- When you receive your garment, please remove all sharp jewelry prior to trying it on and take special care as many of our fabrics are delicate fashion fabrics.
Do not remove tags and labels unless you are completely satisfied with your garment and intend to keep it. - Garments without tags and labels may not be returned.
If you are not satisfied your garment, please return in original condition within 7 working days.
A refund for the full purchase price will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the garment provided that:
1. The garment is in original condition
2. Has not been worn
3. All tags and labels are still on the garment.
Please note that this refund policy only applies to orders placed on the web and does not apply to garments purchased within an intangible store. - On-Line Exchange Policy

For Australian orders, if you require a different size we will exchange the garment at no cost. A replacement garment will be sent once the original has been received. The shipping charge for the replacement garment will be borne by us.
For International orders, if you require a different size we will exchange the garment at no cost. A replacement garment will be sent once the original has been received. The shipping charge for the replacement garment will be borne by us. The exchange garment will be sent by Australia Post.
